TL;DR
The DAO multisig still has approximately 9.3061 AAVE available to claim from its former stkAAVE position. These rewards appear to have remained unclaimed when the position was unstaked during the Treasury Council migration.
This proposal claims the AAVE and sends it directly to the managed Treasury Safe.
Technical Specifications
The DAO multisig will call claimRewards(address,uint256) on the stkAAVE contract, claiming 9.306104517152944285 AAVE directly to the managed Treasury Safe.
