Mandatory stop loss condition for all investment proposals

As the title suggests, this proposal aims to introduce a mandatory stop loss condition for all future proposals.

The last endorsed proposal came to be because of investments with no exit strategy in place and we have lost a fair bit of capital that could have been invested elsewhere in the bear market.

I am unsure how this is implemented as a mandatory condition for a proposal to be submitted, but as a given, all proposals should have a stop loss at the initial purchase price.
