Vanilla DAO Microgrants Pilot — 8 Weeks, Small Bets

Vanilla DAO will run an 8-week microgrants pilot to fund small, fast experiments from the community. A total budget of 2,500 USDC is allocated, with individual grants capped at 750 USDC each, disbursed on a rolling basis until the budget is exhausted or the 8 weeks end — whichever comes first. Any contributor may request a grant via a short forum post stating what they'll build, the amount requested, and a delivery date; two listed reviewers must approve before funds are released. Each recipient submits a brief final report on completion describing what was delivered and the outcome, and a short summary of all funded grants is published at the end of the pilot. Unused funds return to the treasury, and the DAO reviews results before deciding whether to renew, resize, or retire the program.
