To reward bgans.eth and Gorty for their activities

Hey Bastards!

Been a second since our last proposal!
Bastard of the month was put to halt for some reason but I think we should get it going again. It was exciting and it generated activity.
Also, signers have been making moves sweeping and loading up on bgans. Our treasury now holds drum roll 214 BGANS!!!!

SO, its time to move the wheel on social media and do some BoTM and giveaways!
But first, while it was a bit quiet for some time, two stars from within our community been shining bright.
Bgans.eth and Gorty!
Bgans.eth been sweeping bgans for the DAO and pushing us to make moves. Not to mention his relentless presence and activity on twitter! Write "Bgans" anywhere and bgans.eth will find you!
Gorty been crafting crazy good twitter posts, everyone loves them! they're simply brilliant, showcasing how bgans are superior in every way and it's bringing eyes to the collection!
For this reason, I propose we reward them each with a bgan of their choice from the treasury.

I can think of other community members who deserve to be rewarded too, but will leave that for the next BoTMs!
