Treasury Diversification and Operations Funding

In the interest of continuing Arrow’s operations and project investments with stable funding, I believe it is in the DAO’s best interest to sell $ARROW from the treasury for additional USDC. In the absence of a liquid market for $ARROW, this must be done via a direct over the counter trade with a known counterparty.

This proposal is for a direct $ARROW for $USDC swap between the DAO and myself, Thomas Garrison.

Swap Details

DAO Provides: 1333333.33333 $ARROW
Buyer Provides 400000.00 $USDC
This prices $ARROW at $0.30 per token, which is a fairly arbitrary value due to lack of outside liquidity. The swap shall take place on Ethereum mainnet.

Lockup
DAO shall issue $ARROW to buyer in a one year non-revokable vesting contract with a one year duration and one year cliff.

Outcome
If this proposal is approved, the DAO multisig will execute the swap as described above. Swap shall be completed by November 4, 2025 or else this proposal shall be considered void.
