This proposal introduces a plan for the DAO to operate validator nodes on Alkimi Exchange, leveraging Netmet's expertise to maximize rewards, streamline operations, and ensure financial growth.
The initiative will provide the DAO with sustainable income, operational efficiency through expert management, and the opportunity to scale operations for long-term profitability.

Setup:

Allocate 50,000 $ADS tokens per node.

Netmet will manage the setup, maintenance, and updates.

Rewards Distribution after deduction of operational costs:

20% to Netmet for operations.

80% to the DAO treasury for reinvestment and growth.

Management Flexibility:

Seamless transition plans for new node managers.

Community approval required for any changes.
