Clear all investments that are at a loss to re-investing in better proposals

There are some poor performers in the current portfolio, which not only lost a significant amount of capital, but provides a negative view of the portfolio health in general.

The aim of the proposal is to liquidate all the following investments (cut the losses) and re-invest it into BTC, ETH, commencing some level of marketing and/or other sound investment proposal (s). This allows DCIP to take advantage of lower price points than buying again when market is at ATH.

New investors are likely to see these as failed investments and may not look to invest their money into a portfolio where a majority of investments are over 50% down on original capital overlay.
