Controller Base Rewards

Proposal to add base rewards to Controller reward package & update Whitepaper to reflect changes to rewards.

Controller Section

"The Controller is eligible to receive base rewards. The Controller is also rewarded with 2% of the DAO’s realized investment profits. The Controller role must remain independent and cannot concurrently hold a Team position.”

New Base Rewards Section

Base Rewards

"Base rewards consist of 40% of monthly cashflow determined by Kong Proposal Process (KPP) & subject to re-evaluation to ensure DAO's financial sustainability. Cashflow is recurring revenue generated by DAO held assets. Divested assets do not contribute towards cashflow. Base rewards are used to reward elected members contributing to DAO operations. Distribution of base rewards is reviewed as needed and changes are subject to the KPP for approval."
