OIP-192 - Berachain Vesting

Summary:

This RFC seeks community input on liquidating Olympus's vested Berachain position, currently held as iBERA (Infrared staked BERA) through BitGo custody.
Background:

Olympus participated as a pre-seed investor in Berachain via a token swap arrangement:

Olympus received: 1% of BERA supply
Lock-Up Period: 36 months from TGE

The BERA allocation has since been staked into iBERA via Infrared protocol for yield generation.

Motivation:

Olympus Treasury operates primarily in stablecoins and ETH. Holding concentrated positions in other protocol tokens:

• Creates unnecessary concentration risk
• Ties up capital that could generate stable yield
• Is outside the treasury's core investment mandate

Liquidating the vested BERA position allows redeployment into reserve assets aligned with treasury policy.

We're seeking community support to exit through all available venues including, but not limited to, OTC desks, direct counterparty arrangements, or market execution depending on which provides the best overall outcome for the treasury.
