Poker DGEN Tavern Rake Structure and Tokenomics Amendment

Summary
This proposal seeks DAO approval to amend The DGEN Tavern rake and distribution structure. The amendments increase the platform rake from 4% to 6%, eliminate the DAO's direct allocaiton from rake revenue, and redirect the entirety of formerly DAO-allocated rake to a permanent token burn. Additionally, this proposal addresses the treatment of historical rake already received by the DAO and makes conforming amendments to the KSOP Season eligibility framework.

Proposed Whitepaper Amendments:

Rake Rate
The platform rake applied across all games in The DGEN Tavern shall be increased from 4% to 6%, effective upon passage of this proposal.

Rake Distribution
The existing three-way distribution is hereby replaced with the following two-way split:
KSOP Bracelet Royalties - 25%
Token Burn - 75%

Retroactive Treatment of Historical DAO Rake
As of the passage of this proposal, all DGEN previously allocated to the DGEN DAO from poker rake is hereby retroactively reclassified and treated as burned.

Treasury Action Required: 50,800 DGEN currently held by the DAO from poker rake shall be burned on a protocol level.

Transition
The amended rake structure takes effect beginning the 1st of the month AFTER this proposal is approved by a DAO vote.

KSOP Season Eligibility - Conforming Amendment
The KSOP Season eligibility framework currently measures cumulative DGEN allocated to the DGEN DAO from poker rake. Because the DAO will no longer receive a rake allocation following passage of this proposal, the eligibility metric is amended as follows.

Amended Metric: Cumulative DGEN burned from poker rake since the conclusion of the prior KSOP season, including all historical DAO rake reclassified as burned pursuant to this proposal.

The eligibility thresholds themselves remain unchanged. All other provisions of the Progressive KSOP Season Framework - including requirement for a separate governance proposal, DAO discretion over timing and prize funding, and a non-automaticity of season initiation - remain in full force.
