[Treasury Management] - Cash Management for April 2025

Intro

This proposal relates to the management of our treasury's stablecoin income over april 2025.

Description

Since our treasury regularly receives stablecoins (for example, from contributions), this vote is related to the way we're going to invest/use these stablecoins.

Currently, our treasury holds the following stablecoins

• 230.73 USDC on Venus ($230.73)
• 221.35 USDC on Aave ($221.35)
• 70.96 USDC the RPTR/USDC pool ($70.96)
• 1.27 BUSD ($1.27)

Totalling $524.31

As well as the following RPTR-denominated assets

• 6,028,760.31 RPTR
• 201,500.00 RPTR in the RPTR-USDC pool

Totalling 6,230,260.31 RPTR worth $631.77

For a grand total of $1,156.08

Consequences

The stablecoins received by the Raptor Treasury over april 2025 will be used/invested following the results of this proposal.

Please note that this doesn't apply to the interests accruing on our Venus/Aave positions, since it would require scooping up the yield manually, and paying gas fees. Thus, we're going to let these compound over time.

Additionally, we won't claim the fees from the RPTR-USDC liquidity position every time, since it also requires gas fees, which might be counterproductive (e.g. if the gas fees exceed the claimable amount).
