[Event] - 2021 Rug Commemoration

Intro

Four years ago, on november 1st, 2021, Raptor was rugged by a rogue member, Miguel.
For the past two years, we have commemorated this event by proceeding to a buyback and burn of RPTR, and we're suggesting to re-enact such a commemoration in 2025.

Description

We suggest burning RPTR on November 1st 2025, as well as buying back RPTR from the market.
Since the Lorentz upgrade led to high amounts of RPTR reaching the Treasury, we're suggesting the following burn amounts:

• 5M RPTR
• 10M RPTR
• 15M RPTR

As well as a $70 buyback amount.

Consequences

We'll burn RPTR and proceed to do the buyback on November 1st following the results of this proposal.
If a buyback is involved, we will use funds from either our Aave position, our Venus position, or both.
Also, please note that the transaction might be delayed due to the fact that our Treasury is a multisig wallet, requiring an approval from multiple members to send a transaction.
