Register the rebuilt LTMigrator 0xd5b450fDD5aF5341436Fc37A46BBEc39CA8F92CB as a limit setter on the Factory owner 0xb8BA33CD1Ccb091a8468572950bD3669723FA5C6 and disable the current one (0x3e6Db519752d4d1EEEd0539A5F7BCF3Aa4089b62); the rebuild tightens the argument validation in migrate_plain/migrate_staked. Then re-pin the crvUSD allocations behind the market deposit caps (market 7 $50,000,000, market 8 $50,000,000, market 9 $17,870,000, market 10 $32,300,000), which leaves them where they are meant to be. Migration behaviour is otherwise unchanged; deposits, withdrawals and swaps are unaffected.
