Rationale

Members currently piece treasury state together from explorers and forum threads. A single recurring report gives voters a shared, verifiable baseline for funding decisions and reduces repeated questions in governance discussions.

Scope

• Quarterly cadence, published within two weeks of quarter close
• Holdings, flows, runway, and notable position changes
• Posted to the forum and linked from the space's About section

Risk note

Reporting adds light recurring overhead for contributors; mitigated by a fixed template and a two-week grace window.
