Mod cleanup

This is proposal to clean up inactive mods to pave the way for active holders willing to mod to replace the old ones.

The current mods are:
-CMFB
-Lyssandros
-Qexd
-JU7URNA
-RoosterM
-Snooplord
-Cake
-ShroomDaddy
-KodBilen
-Masal

When making a mod check, the only ones responded and are currently active are:
-CMFB
-Lyssandros
-Qexd
-JU7URNA

Therefore, I propose to revoke the mod role for the rest (Masal, Kodbilen, Cake, Snooplord, ShroomDaddy and RoosterM) as they haven't been active for a long time and the log doesn't show any activity for months if not a year.

If this proposal passes, I will set up an election for trusted holders willing to take up this role. The aim is to add maximum 2-3 mods as to cover different timezones to keep this discord tight and clean. Note: this is a voluntary basis position.
