Mod elections

Alright, its time to mod-up!

The only candidates that volunteered were Seg and Grizzlehkitteh.
They do not need an introduction but a smol background on them:
Seg is our shadowy super coder giga chad dev and expressed interest in modding discord. I would love nothing but to give him that role!
Grizzlehkitteh has been with us since the beginning and they're frequently in my dms identifying lurking scammers. Grizzleh has a special interest in eradicating these low-lives and keeping discord fresh and clean. I believe they'd be up to do a great job!

Regardless of my opinion, this is up for the DAO!
