Liquidate ETH/BASTARD LP and Reallocate to Support BGAN Ecosystem

Summary:
This proposal authorizes the liquidation of the DAO’s position in the ETH/BASTARD liquidity pool on SushiSwap. The BASTARD token is no longer actively traded or promoted and there are no current plans to do so, and thus the LP serves no strategic purpose. Recovered assets—currently approx. 3.3975 ETH and 36,403,200 BASTARD tokens—will be redirected to support the BGAN Punks ecosystem.

Details:
Upon LP withdrawal, assets will be sent to the DAO treasury and used at signer discretion for one or more of the following:

• Support ETH/BGAN liquidity on NFTX v2 or v3
• Sweep floor BGANs on marketplaces
• Set strategic bids on Blur to defend or lift the BGAN floor
• Use BASTARD tokens in any way deemed beneficial or discard if valueless

This proposal replaces a previous one which incorrectly referenced the ETH/BGAN pair. The correct LP is ETH/BASTARD.

Rationale:

• The ETH/BASTARD LP is inactive with no demand or utility
• The ETH can be more productively deployed to support the BGAN ecosystem
• Strengthening BGAN liquidity and price floors benefits all holders

Execution:

• Withdraw SushiSwap ETH/BASTARD LP
• Send assets to DAO treasury
• Delegate reallocation and deployment of assets to DAO signers with full discretion
